Another Week Begins

Back to a school day. GB woke up this morning, complaining of her chest, her nose, and not feeling well enough to go to school. I asked her if she felt worse than she had on Saturday or Sunday and she looked puzzled and said "no". After a minute she sighed and said" Then I guess I feel well enough to go to school".  She did a perfect imitation of my tone, and I almost laughed. Then she said," When is the meeting Mommy? You need to fix things".  I told her the meeting was on Friday and we got on with our morning.
